About Her Crave
You Have Spent Years Showing Up for Everyone Else.
You've built a life filled with responsibility.
You've cared for family, supported others, managed careers, solved problems, and carried more than most people realize.
From the outside, your life may look successful.
But somewhere along the way, you lost your connection with yourself, not because you’re weak, but because you’ve spent years responding to everyone else’s needs.
Perhaps you're simply asking:
What do I want now?
That question is at the heart of Her Crave.
Why Her Crave Exists
I believe many women arrive at midlife carrying invisible burdens.
They are capable, accomplished, and deeply responsible.
Yet many quietly struggle with exhaustion, uncertainty, loneliness, grief, and resentment.
Her Crave exists to help women reconnect with themselves so they can make decisions that reflect who they are today, not who they were expected to be.
My Story
Over the years, in my work as a psychologist, I noticed something powerful:
Many women were not simply seeking answers.
They were seeking permission.
Permission to acknowledge what they wanted.
Permission to make difficult decisions.
And Permission to imagine a future that reflected their own needs, values, and desires.
The women I work with are thoughtful and intelligent.
They simply need space to think clearly, explore possibilities, and move forward with greater confidence.
What I Believe
Clarity is often more powerful than certainty.
Difficult decisions become easier when they are grounded in identity and values rather than fear.
Caring for others should not require abandoning yourself.
Life does not stop evolving at midlife.
And women deserve support during the seasons when everything feels uncertain.
Why "Her Crave"
The word crave is often misunderstood.
When I think about craving, I am not thinking about indulgence.
I am thinking about longing.
The quiet voice that says:
There has to be more than this.
The desire for peace after years of overwhelm.
The desire for clarity in the middle of confusion.
The desire for deeper connection, meaningful work, healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, or a life that feels more aligned with who you have become.
Many women spend years ignoring that voice.
Her Crave exists to help them listen to it again.
Women come to me when…
They are considering a major life change.
They are questioning a relationship.
They feel trapped between competing responsibilities.
They know something needs to change but aren't sure what.
They are exhausted from carrying everyone else's needs.
Whether you're facing a crossroads, feeling stuck, or simply sensing that something needs to change, you don't have to figure it out alone.
